I spent two years drawing these comics which appeared every week on Fred Flare.com. In this book young Puppy explores the Big Apple having grand adventures and always in pursuit of the beautiful but fickle ‘Miss Duck’. Their relationship was sort of inspired by Schroeder’s crush on the little redhead (from Peanuts) and by every relationship I’ve ever been in! Sometimes Miss Duck is me, sometimes she’s a friend (or enemy) but it’s always way too close to truth. Find out if he wins her in the end! Available on Lulu…
Puppy’s Pronouncement: Tread on Me!

I never returned them and never drew on them, so scared was I that I would mess them up! What do you draw on shoes? It must be impressive? It must be a…. masterpiece right??? Finally though tonight I got curious as to what was in a box stuffed high on my shelf and there they were, her yellowing old dusty kicks, my next art project! I included common ‘Oh Puppy’ themes like love, gluttony, greed, friendship, vanity, dancing, and of course night life! My husband loved the outcome and surprised me by tossing me his pair of white tennies to continue on. I am super excited about doing more
