This year I’m going to the baking supply store to get stuff for making chocolate bunny pops. My mom taught me how to make them using molds when I was little. Also I want to make some pineapple upside down cake as a surprise for my husband. He loves pineapple! Maybe some cupcakes too? Ha ha, he wants to have turkey! Okay honey… I like turkey!
I’ve been made this pineapple dessert twice in the past month, and it’s delicious. I added grated fresh ginger to the marinade and whipping cream rather than yogurt (because that’s what I had on hand) and one time macadamia rather than pistachio.

Yum! Ours turned out so nice that I ate FIVE cupcakes and a piece of the bread! Now they sell pineapple cake mix, which I kept a secret but my husband said ‘This cake is so amazing!!!’
